1-week stay in the Camargue

Day 1: Arrival and check-in
Arrival and check-in at the Mas du Couvin.
Afternoon: Relax in the peaceful setting of the Mas or explore the nearby area. .
Evening: Enjoy Aperitif and dinner featuring local products and organic wines.

Day 2: Horseback adventures and immersion in the Camargue
Morning: Breakfast at the Mas with fresh products delivered to the Mas.
Then set off for a guided horseback and/or walking tour, across the Camargue landscapes. Allow 2 to 3 hours to explore the local marshes, flora and fauna.
Lunchtime: Picnic under a laupio (thatched shelter) in the heart of the marshes.
Afternoon: Free time to explore the surroundings such as the village of Saintes Maries de la Mer or enjoy the amenities of the Mas (swimming pool, cabana, terraces etc.)
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant upon reservation (several choices will be suggested to you based on your wishes of the moment) or at the Mas (possibility of having the meal delivered by a caterer).

Day 3: Bike getaway on the sea dike.
Morning: Breakfast at the Mas with fresh products delivered to the Mas.
Bike pick-up in the villages, lunch box.
Bike ride on the dike by the sea, discover the lagoons and marshes, the local fauna and flora by the seaside, the beach…
Picnic on the beach near the Gacholle lighthouse.
Afternoon: Free time to explore the surroundings such as the village off Saintes Maries de la Mer or simply unwind (possibility of having a masseuse come to the Mas).
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant upon reservation (several choices will be suggested to you based on your wishes of the moment) or at the Mas (possibility of having the meal delivered by a caterer).

Day 4: Guided walk to the Pont de Gau Ornithological Park
Morning: Breakfast at the Mas with fresh products delivered to the Mas.
Tour of the Ornithological Park: Observation of migratory birds with a guide, learn about the various species, their habitats and behaviours.
Lunchtime : lunch at the Mas, with food delivery available.
Afternoon: Free time to take part in other activities, such as chilling out by the pool, visiting the village, or simply relaxing.
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant upon reservation (several choices will be suggested to you based on your wishes of the moment) or at the Mas (possibility of having the meal delivered by a caterer).

Day 5: Visit of a Camargue Manade:
Morning: Breakfast at the Mas with fresh products delivered to the Mas.
Meet at the manade, where you will be greeted by the manadier, a passionate livestock breeder.
Introduction to the manade and its history, tour of the property, observation of the bulls and discussion with the manadier.
Lunchtime : Picnic and time to chat with the manadier.
Afternoon: Free time to take part in other activities, such as chilling out by the pool, visiting the village, or simply relaxing.
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant upon reservation (several choices will be suggested to you based on your wishes of the moment) or at the Mas (possibility of having the meal delivered by a caterer).

Day 6: Visit of Aigues-mortes and the salt marshes.
Morning: Breakfast at the Mas with fresh products delivered to the Mas.
Departure for Aigues-Mortes, where you will be greeted by a passionate guide, a former salt maker, who will share his knowledge of the history and culture of salt marshes. Board the all-terrain vehicle for a comfortable 3-hour adventure across the unique landscapes of the salt marshes.
Lunchtime: Lunch at a traditional Aigues-Mortes restaurant upon reservation.
Afternoon: Free time to enjoy other activities, such as the pool, visiting the village, or simply relaxing.
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant upon reservation (several choices will be suggested to you based on your wishes of the moment) or at the Mas (possibility of having the meal delivered by a caterer).

Day 7: Free day at the Mas
Morning: Breakfast at the Mas with fresh products delivered to the Mas.
Enjoy free time to explore the surroundings (such as the village of Saintes Maries de la Mer) or make the most of the Mas’s amenities (swimming pool, cabana, terraces etc ).
Lunchtime at the Mas,with food delivery available (see caterer).
Late afternoon: Prepare for departure.
